Our annual clean-up day is Sat May 2nd and we need your help!
Spring Clean-Up will take place Sat May 2nd starting at 9:00am at the pool.  We will be trimming the bushes & trees and spreading mulch around the pool area and trees around Lakeside.  We will also be cleaning the entire pool area including the chairs.  Lots of help is needed and we love it when the kiddos pitch in!

As we have done in the past we will have a dumpster available for our use on May 2nd. The dumpster will be located at 344 S Fairway Cir from 9 AM to 1 PM.  The main purpose of the dumpster is for the debris from our clean-up of the common areas that we all share.  However, we do offer it to our homeowners as a bonus if there are things they need to dispose of. Please note that once its full it will be on a first come first serve basis. WE ARE ASKING THAT IF YOU PLAN ON PUTTING THINGS IN THE DUMPSTER THAT YOU STAY TO HELP US WITH CLEAN UP - EVEN IF YOU CAN ONLY SPARE 15-30 MINUTES - EVERY HAND IS HELPFUL!

WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING IN THE DUMPSTER: Car batteries, oil filters, fluorescent light bulbs, propane or oxygen tanks, any asbestos materials, explosives, paint, no hazardous liquids (such as fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, diesel fuel, gas, oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze, etc…) tires.  REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, AIR CONDITIONERS, MATTRESSES & BOX SPRINGS.

There will be a raffle for two $100 Lowe’s gift cards for those that offer their valuable time helping spruce up the neighborhood. We hope to see you there!
